State Officials Want Tighter Regs On Metal Thefts

State officials are seeking more regulation of metal sales to help track stolen goods, like copper, from being sold. The state of New Mexico has reported $1 million in metal thefts every month according to television station KOAT-TV (http://bit.ly/zyeisG).
